By accessing or using TaskDeskr (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

TaskDeskr provides AI-powered business automation tools, including but not limited to:     

•    AI voice assistants     

•    Lead capture and qualification     

•    Appointment booking and scheduling     

•    CRM integrations (e.g., GoHighLevel)     

•    Messaging automation (SMS, email, etc.) We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use this Service.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:     

•    Provide accurate business and contact information     

•    Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy laws)     

•    Not misuse the platform for spam, fraud, or illegal activity     

•    Ensure proper consent is obtained before contacting customers via AI, SMS, or calls

You are fully responsible for how you use TaskDeskr.

AI Disclaimer

TaskDeskr uses artificial intelligence to automate interactions.

You acknowledge:     

•    AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate     

•    You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring outputs     

•    TaskDeskr is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

Third-Party Integrations

TaskDeskr integrates with third-party services (e.g., GoHighLevel, Twilio, etc.).

We are not responsible for:     

•    Service outages     

•    Data loss from third-party platforms     

•    Pricing or policy changes from those providers

Payment & Billing     

•    Fees are billed as agreed upon in your service plan     

•    Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing     

•    We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

Intellectual Property

All software, systems, branding, and content provided by TaskDeskr are owned by TaskDeskr.

You may not:     

•    Copy, resell, or reverse engineer the system     

•    Use our branding without permission

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

TaskDeskr shall not be liable for:     

•    Lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities     

•    Indirect or consequential damages     

•    Errors or failures caused by AI or automation systems Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TaskDeskr harmless from any claims arising from:     

•    Your use of the Service     

•    Violations of law (e.g., unsolicited outreach)     

•    Misuse of automation tools

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:     

•    Violation of these terms     

•    Non-payment     

•    Misuse of the platform

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Communication Consent Clause

By submitting your information through TaskDeskr or any client system powered by TaskDeskr, you expressly consent to receive communications, including:     

•    Phone calls (including AI-generated or automated calls)     

•    SMS/text messages     

•    Emails from TaskDeskr and/or its clients.

You acknowledge and agree that:     

•    Messages may be sent using automated technology, AI systems, or prerecorded voice messages     

•    Consent is not a condition of purchase     

•    Message and data rates may apply     

•    You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting the business directly

AI Interaction Disclosure

TaskDeskr uses artificial intelligence to power certain communications, including voice calls, messaging, and responses.

By using our services or interacting with systems powered by TaskDeskr, you understand that:     

•    You may be interacting with an AI-powered assistant     

•    AI responses are automated and may not always be perfect or human-reviewed     

•    Conversations may be recorded and analyzed for quality, training, and optimization

If you prefer to speak with a human, you may request one at any time when available.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
